The Crunch Clamp is a pedestal clamp designed for tight spaces and for applications where the user needs to remove and then replace the pedestal. It is comprised of a 12 mm tall base and a clamping nut with an OD of 39 mm. The pedestal can reproducibly be centered over the base to within 20 µm.

The pedestal sits on top of the base, so that the effective pedestal hight is increased by 12 mm.
